• To teach each child that they are a special gift from God.
• To start a basic foundation for name recognition and writing, colors, shapes, counting 1-20, and introducing each letter and sound of the alphabet.
• To teach basic social skills (i.e. taking turns, respect for others, general hygiene*)
• To promote self-help skills (i.e. hanging up coat, putting on coat, zipping/buttoning, putting on hat/mittens)

*General hygiene: covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze; washing your hands after bathroom use, using a tissue and disposing of; keeping fingers out of the mouth, etc.
